To do this, inside the worldserver.exe terminal that you already have open, type: “account create ” (without the quotes, and replacing and with a name and password of your choice). Once it’s done, we’re going to create an account.Now, in the same folder, run “worldserver.exe”.Note the number, we’ll be using this later on. You should see a line that goes something like “Connected to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1”. Again you should only get a few lines, fairly quickly. Again, run it and grant permission if asked. Now go back and enter the “Release_MOP_FREE_1.0_EMUCOACH” folder again.You can minimize this screen if you want, but don’t close it. You should only get a few lines in the terminal, almost immediately. If you get a permission pop-up, grant it. In here you should see a file named “MySQL.bat”. Keep going down until you are inside the _Server folder. Now go back and enter the “_DB – MOP_Version v1_FREE_EMUCOACH” folder.So if you open the release folder, those 5 folders should now be in the same place as where you see authserver.exe and worldserver.exe Select those last 5 folders, and move them inside the “Release_MOP_FREE_1.0_EMUCOACH” folder.Where you extracted the 7 files, you should now have 7 folders (not counting the client you chose):.Extract that one as well (doesn’t have to be in the same place as the rest). But prepare for it to take a long time to download. I went with the full client one by glofuss, as the fast/minimal version by them just gave me a “cannot connect” error. Also follow the MoP client link from step 7 and download one of those.Download those 7 files linked above, and extract them all.Took me a while to figure out how to get it all running, but I got there. Now you have everything set up, and just need to create an account to get ingame! See our F.A.Q in the bottom of the article to find out how to do so.Now it’s time to grab a MoP Client so you can get ingame.If you followed the previous steps, you would be able to launch it without fatal errors.
